Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, responsible, and hardworking Typist Cum Computer Operator to join our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for accurate typing of official documents, data management, publication-related book typing, and book page setting/layout (Book Makeup). The candidate must be able to complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately type books in both Bangla and English.
• Perform Book Makeup and page layout/formatting for publications.
• Type official letters, reports, and other office documents.
• Carry out office tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Maintain and organize office files and digital records efficiently.
• Complete assigned work within deadlines while ensuring quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy using the Bijoy Keyboard.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience in Book Makeup and page setting.
• Good knowledge of office file and document management.
• Strong communication skills with a responsible and professional work attitude.

Educational Requirements

• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Bachelor's/Honours Degree from a recognized institution.

Experience & Additional Requirements

• Age: 18–40 years.
• Must be fully proficient in the Bijoy Keyboard.
• Typing speed of 30–40 words per minute in both Bangla and English using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office file management.
• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in different situations.
