Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, student-focused, and responsible Academic Mentor to join our dynamic support team. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding enrolled students, resolving their academic queries, and providing exam-oriented suggestions for BCS, Bank, NTRCA, and other government job exams. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to ensuring a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, identify, and promptly resolve academic problems faced by enrolled students.
• Provide proper guidance, strategic study plans, and exam-oriented suggestions to learners.
• Maintain regular communication with students via phone calls and social media platforms to ensure continuous academic support.
• Coordinate effectively with the core academic team to ensure precise problem resolution and efficient service delivery.
• Gather student feedback systematically to assist in improving overall course quality and the learning experience.
• Maintain a highly disciplined, professional, and student-focused attitude at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have successfully passed at least one Preliminary or Written examination of BCS, Banking, NTRCA, or any other government job (11–20 grade) examination.
• Strong analytical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience or skills in Client Support, Customer Support, or Student Admission guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle student inquiries patiently and responsibly.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Honors or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Current Bachelor’s/Master’s students with strong academic backgrounds may apply, but completed graduates will be given preference.

Experience & Additional Requirements

• Age: 19 to 35 years.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in computer applications and internet usage for managing digital communication.
• Must be a proactive team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ed-tech environment.
